Lower Savannah Area Agency on Aging Needs Assessment
The Lower Savannah Area Agency on Aging (AAA/ADTRC) wants to know your perceptions of service needs of seniors, those with disabilities, and caregivers. In this era of reduced funding, we need your input to make decisions about which essential services to preserve at current levels and which less critical services may be offered at a reduced level or in a different manner. These decisions are for services provided by the AAA/ADTRC as well as through agencies we contract with, such as senior centers, home care agencies, home delivered meals etc.

Answer the questions will help us make decision on services to be funded for seniors and persons with disabilities in the Lower Savannah Region. Your response is anonymous and all answers will be kept confidential.
